Miley Cyrus has turned the big 1-6.  Meaning she can drive own her own and meaning she can have sex legally in most states with guys over 21.  Why does this matter?  Because she is dating 21 year old Justin Gatson.  For those who may be wondering what he does for a living, yap you guessed it he is an underwear model.  Lol, I know but he probably makes more money than any of us.
